Non riesco più ad aprire le scansioni con Acrobat,

Salve, da un po' di tempo non riesco più ad aprire le scansioni con Acrobat, mi appare un messaggio: impossibile aprire il file errore sconosciuto

1. Is it happening with all scans or just the one?

2. Could you share a video/screen recording that shows the issue clearly?

3. Application version?

Thanks for providing the details.

Kindly try to sign out from both Reader mobile and Scan app and check if both are updated to the most recent version.

Then sign in again and check if the issue persists. If it still shows the error, kindly log in to https://acrobat.adobe.com and check if you are able to view scan from there.
