Not able to access old scan in phone Adobe scan

I hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry for the trouble you are experiencing when accessing your old scans.

To help us look into this, could you please share:

1. Which phone model and Android version are you using, and which version of Adobe Scan is installed?

2. Are you signed in to the app on your phone with the same Adobe ID you used before?

3. What do you see in the app when you open it, for example, an empty list, a message, or scans that appear but do not open? A screenshot or a short screen recording would help, as long as it does not show personal information.

4. You may also login to Acrobat web here https://adobe.ly/4hJJFxB go to Documents tab and under ‘Your documents’ in the left, click on Scans Folder and see if you are able to find all your scans there.
   Additionally, for future use, please check the steps and the video here
