Not able to sign in on Adobe Scan app in iPhone 13

I downloaded the Adobe Scan app from App Store. It asks to sign in. I sign in through Google. Thereafter, it asks me to select the mail ID. I click on my mail ID, it brings me back to the app and nothing happens. It does not sing in. I have the latest version of iOS as well as the app.

Hi,

The issue is resolved now. I am able to login to the app through Google.

As mentioned that you cannot sign in to Scan app, could you share a few details?

1. Application version?

2. A video while you are trying to sign in?

3. iOS version?

Make sure that the app is up to date.

Hi,
