I have discovered if I download it on my phone then email than it works. Rather than using the email button directly on the app

We would like to understand how you share the file. Do you use the share a link feature to share the file?

This usually happens if the file is shared as a link and the internal images used to create the scans are deleted. 

 

Would you mind sharing a screen recording of your workflow for a better understanding and assistance?
