When I try to log in, it keeps loging into the free version when I have a paid one. When I first logged in I clicked personal instead of enterprise by accident, and now I cant figure out how to get it to log into the right version of the account. Ive tried logging off and on, and uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

Hi @Cabel RSP,

Yes you can, doing so will get you the option to chose the profile again the next time you try to login to your account.

You may click on the link for more: Delete your Adobe account and permanently remove your personal information

Hello @Cabel RSP,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble.

To get the application data cleaned, you will need to clear cache files from your device. Also, I suggest logging in on the Adobe Cloud Portal and switching your profile from personal to Enterprise.

Once done, try installing the application again and log in.

Let me know if this works.

So I tried that, cleared all the app data, and the reinstalled the app, but to no avail. It still auto logs into the personal version of my account. Can I delete my personal account and have the enterprise version remain?
