Hi @luiz9261811 CARLOS32910528bk1l,

 

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Adobe Scan.

 

From the screenshot, it looks like an issue with the internet connection which is preventing the app from uploaidng the file. 

Since Adobe Scan is a cloud-based service, anything you do will need to be uploaded to Adobe Cloud.

 

I suggest trying with a different internet service and then letting us know if the experience is the same.
