OCR not present

Question

There is no searchable text present, ocr is switched on, language is chosen correctly. Documents were scanned with adobe scan. All settings were adjusted before scans were made. Is it possible,that on iphone it cant run on bkg and thus while doing ocr it did not finish a task and text overlay was not added at all? Can i force to run OCR again on documents.

Thanks for sharing your concern! You say you'd turned OCR on and chose the language correctly. But, there are other factors as well that may cause OCR to not appear on your docs. I'd suggest you refer to this Troubleshooting OCR Adobe Scan-FAQs to see if you can find out a probable reason. You may then want to fix the issue and re-scan the docs to enable OCR.
