OCR on separate pdf documents then combining them

Hello

I am considering purchasing subscription of Adobe scan for android so i can benefit from some extra features.

As far as i know OCR works for 100 pages only. I have a 250 page book that i want to scan for personal use so thats 150 pages more.

Is it possible to make 3 separate pdf files with 100-100-50 pages with full OCR on all pages then at the end combine the 3 files into one larger pdf file?

Is it technically possible with subscription?

And if yes then is it safe without crashing at such large number of pages (and possible file sizes)?

Hope you are doing well. Thank you for writing in!

Yes. It is very much doable. You can create 3 different PDFs and then combine them together to create a full book of scanned 250 pages.

However, what I would suggest you is to create 3 or 4 different PDFs with lesser number of pages than 100 as this would also save you the possibility for crashing of your device as running OCR on 100 pages at a time can cause a lot of RAM drainage on the device and heating it.
