OCR (recognize the text) doesn't work anyway in Adobe Scan app

I use Adobe Scan app (android) for scan books. When I scaned a page, I converted to the text very easily. But after some days it doesn't work and doesn't recognize thext and the app says: No quick actions found.

How can I fix that?

Hello, we haven't been able to reproduce this problem. Would you please give us more info:

1) What device/OS level are you using?

2) What's your Adobe Scan version number (Settings > About Adobe Scan > Version)

3) What is the device language?

4) What is the text reconition language? (Settings > Preferences > Text recognition language)

5) Please try to restart the device. Does the problem still occur?

Hi @Payam36491508ggkx,

 

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Adobe Scan.

 

There are limitations when running OCR on documents. More info here: Configure Adobe Scan — Adobe Scan for Android

 

Also, to investigate further, would you mind sharing a screen recording of what you see for a better understanding and assistance?
