Older scan files suddenly went missing in the APP

Hi, I started using this App to scan my documents a few months ago. All of the suddenly, when i launch the app last week, i realized all my older files are all gone. The only remaining files are those that i scanned a few weeks ago. Can anyone please help? Many thanks!

Hi Hr,

As mentioned above, that you have lost the older files that you have saved in the app. Do you see the files that you have scanned recently?

Would suggest you to please try the troubleshooting steps suggested in the forum thread- Adobe Scan Files Mysteriously Gone

where similar issue has been addressed and resolved.

Let us know if it doesn't help.
