Order mixing & Adjusting edge problem

Question

I have two questions about your Adobe Scan App.

1. If you choose multiple pictures, Adobe scan changes the order of pictures randomly. (like 1-4-2-5-3 page order)

Did you create the app on purpose to double-check?

2. Even though I turned off the option "Adjust the border after each scan".But App Adjust automatically. Can't you scan without cutting or Adjusting?

Hi JS,

Sorry for the delay in response.

1) We have tried to replicate the behvior as mentioned above, however, the application works fine.

The scan appears in the same way as we select the image files from gallery.

2) As you need the complete image, select Crop> No Crop after uploadding the image to Adobe Scan before saving it to PDF. Check if that helps.

Please mke sure that you are using the updated version of the application and OS.
