Page limit on scans?

Is there a limit to the #of pages able to be scanned? I have a journal (handwritten) and I do not need OCR. It is several hundred pages.

Unfortunately I learned this the hard way. Yes. 50 page scans that will only identify 25 of the text pages -.- I tried for an 802 page pdf
