Pdf recovery

I was scanning some documents, then opened the next day and didn't find the scan/ pdf. It completely disappeared off the app and it's not even on the cloud. Can the file be recovered in any way? It's urgent.

If the file is deleted from Adobe Document Cloud and you did not save it on your device manually, there is no way around to recover that. 

There is a possibility that you are using a different Adobe account. Please sign out and sign in back with your other Adobe account.

I don't believe this is mine. Is there anything else to do in order to recover my pdf?
