pdf sending problem through whatsapp

I’ve noticed this can happen with WhatsApp sometimes. Maybe try updating both apps or restarting the phone first. If the PDF still sends without a preview, it could be a recent WhatsApp issue.

To help us look into this, could you please share a few details:

• Your Android device model and operating system version.

• The version of Adobe Scan installed on your device.

• How you are sharing the file: directly from Adobe Scan to WhatsApp, or by another route such as a file manager or the WhatsApp attach option.

• Whether this happens with every scanned PDF, including one you scan now, and whether PDFs from other sources show a preview in WhatsApp.

It would also help to know if WhatsApp or your phone received an update around the time the preview stopped appearing.
