Perdi meu arquivo

Após digitalizar, renomear e concluir, fui atrás do arquivo para compartilhar, mas desapareceu. Vou sofrer punições, pois o arquivo era importante.

Please ensure that you are signed in to the correct account. When you hide your email when logging in with an Apple ID, a masked address creates a separate account, leading to potential confusion. To avoid this, show your original email to link existing accounts, or remember your login choice.

 

You can check the file on the Acrobat web account. Open the link https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/documents/files/  and sign in using your Adobe ID. Then, under Files, click on Scan on the left-hand panel. See if you can find the file in the list. 

 

Try signing out and signing in again to the Adobe Scan application. Please ensure you are using the same option that was used before signing in. See if you can find the scanned file. You may use the steps suggested here: https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/adobescan/ios/en/findingfiles.html#view-recent-files-or-all-scans

 

If the files still don't appear, check that no files are still uploading to the cloud. Then, try restarting the application or your device, and clear the application's cache to refresh its data.
