Permanently deleting files

Hi all,

I scanned a file with the Adobe Scan app and send the link via E-mail to download it somewhere else.

After that, I deleted the file in the App, but one week after that the link is still active and the file is there.

So I would like to delete that file permanently form the server, that should be possible, right?
