Perte de tout mes documents

Bonjour

ca fais pratiquement prêt de 2/3ans j'utilise les app Adobe Scan et Acrobat Reader j'avais remarqué la première fois dans Acrobat que certains fichiers manquent je me suis dit ahh ça arrive

mais ce matin je veux scanner un document je me rend compte que tout mes fichiers dans adobe scan ont disparu et j'ai besoins de ces fichiers

j'ai essayer de désinstaller et réinstaller puis me déconnecter et reconnecter mais rien ne change ça me mets vraiment en état de stress la

@alice_5507 Are you sure you log into the correct account? I do this all th time, because I just move too quickly, and I realize I log into the wrong account. Adobe allows you to sign in with an Email, Google, Facebook, or Apple ID. Even if they all use the same email address, Adobe treats them as entirely separate accounts.

If you have been scanning for 2 to 3 years, you may have reached this limit without realizing it. When your storage is full, new scans cannot upload to the cloud. And since you uninstalled the app while scans were "pending upload," those files may not have been backed up and would be lost.

Always check first is go to Adobe account if you haven't already. If you run out of storage space, it wouldn't be able to save (bottom left hand corner)—and you can also check if the files are in a folder - https://www.adobe.com/files
