Plan confirmation
Good morning,
Last night I downloaded Adobe Scan and subscribed to its monthly plan. The payment has already been subtracted from my bank account but the app still offers me the free version. When I check on "Administrar subscripciones" (I'm using the Spanish version of the app) my plan appears yet to be confirmed ("confirmar plan") and a message below asks me to enter the app to do so with a button that says "Open App", warning me that if the plan is not confirmed before March 24, it will be cancelled. When I click it, it sends me back to the "administrar subscripciones" menu, as if it was on a loop.
I have closed and opened the app several times and unin stalled and re installed it, but nothing seems to work. What can I do? Thank you very much for your attention.
