No estoy seguro de que a pesar de estar pagando, esté usando las versiones pro de Adobe y Adobe Scan

    First, an important clarification: the "Activated devices" section in your Adobe account typically lists desktop installations (Windows/Mac), where a license activates on a limited number of machines, it doesn't always reflect mobile apps the same way, since Adobe Scan on iOS/Android is usually tied to signing in with your Adobe ID rather than a traditional "device activation." That's why your phone might not show up there even though everything is working correctly.

    That said, here are the steps to confirm your Pro subscription is active correctly on your mobile device:

    1. Check your sign-in in Adobe Scan: Open the app, go to your profile (icon in the top corner), and confirm the email shown matches the one you used to purchase the subscription.

    2. Confirm from your Adobe account: Go to https://adobe.ly/4oT9UDC in your browser, sign in with the same Adobe ID, and under "Plans" verify your subscription shows as active and current.

    3. Test a Pro-exclusive feature: For example, export a scan to Word or Excel (features that require Pro). If it works without restrictions or watermarks, your Pro subscription is active.

    4. Sign out and back in: If anything doesn't match up, sign out of Adobe Scan and sign back in with your Adobe ID, this resyncs your subscription status.
