Preciso de ajuda meus arquivos sumiram

Hoje fui escanear uma documento, porém , deu um erros e saiu quando fui logar a conta deu como uma nova conta  e sumiram todos os meus arquivos.

@ivanesa_7494 the message says it already. If you accidentally signed into a new or different account, your original files would appear missing because they’re tied to the original account. Just go back to the original account that you were using with the credentials you used before. Your files will be there. 

If you forgot your password, you can just click on 'Get Helping Signing In,' 

And click on 'Reset Password'
