Good day. I tried your premium plan for free for a week, but it doesn't suit me. They charged my bank card without asking if I wanted to continue using it. I'm asking for a refund because I don't want to use the app.

You didn't say if you cancelled during the 7-day free trial or after it rolled into an annual plan.

 

When you purchase from the App Store or Google Play, you need to contact them directly for a refund since they collected your payment.
