Premium subscription is not active

I have been paying for a premium subscription on my iPhone for 1 year, but now it cannot be activated. I am trying to restore the purchase, the application (abode) says that the purchase is active, the money has been paid. What should I do, please activate my subscription.

I hope you are doing well. I am sorry for the trouble.

 

I checked your email address registered here on the community and couldn't find an active subscription for Acrobat Premium or Adobe scan.

 

Please let me know the error you get when trying to use Acrobat. A screenshot of the error would be great.

 

If the application is unable to identify the subscription, you may try a few steps from below:

1. Logout from Acrobat Reader Mobile;

2. Restart the device;

3. Log in back to the device.

 

If these do not work, you may try restoring the subscription. Please refer to the link to learn how to restore the subscription: Manage subscriptions — Acrobat for iOS Help (adobe.com)

 

Also, you might want to check if you are logged in using Apple ID and not Google.
