Previous Scans missing + scans not appearing online

So all step completed and was able to access scans online 2 weeks ago, now just scanned a new item navigated to online and I find all previous scans have gone and the new scan will not upload.

Any ideas or a solution

This happened also to me, but I solved the problem scanning another new document.

After this all the previous scans appeared by magic!

    Yes, I’ve just done it and replaced all my scans to app. Thank you very much!

    This happened to me as well, had so many important scans, now i cant find them, what can I do?

    Ive just had a similar thing happen to me. I had 42 scans yesterday and there’s nothing there now.
