The printing workflow is managed by the device UI and not the Adobe Scan App. Scan has control upto the point where you select the option to print.
If you experience the issue with a specific file, please share the file with me to test internally and get back to you.
If the issue is with all the files, I suggest checking the print settings of Apple if there are any changes compared to what the page size and settings are in Scan app.
