Since Adobe Scan saves all PDF versions of scans in the in the Adobe Cloud, can somebody please explain how, if it all, these scans are used by Adobe.  I'm particularly interested in whether Adobe indexes or searches the text or images within scans ?  By agreeing to terms of service does Adobe have the right to use these scans and the content within ?

Hi there. This is my exact concern. I want to use this for medical doc scans of other people (my patients) and unsure of these scans are stored in the Adobe cloud and if they are secure or can be viewed Or used by others (ie not HIPPA compliant). I see the links and all the policies but they are hard to follow and scrutinize  and I'd love a direct answer to this question please? Thank you.
