Problem: Adobe Scan App Scans Missing from Account

Hello,

I had saved PDF scans In my app and let them sit in the app for a month until I was ready to use them in a project. When I went back on the app It said I had to re-login. I logged in with my adobe account information, and all of my saved documents were missing.

My first thought was that I logged in Incorrectly, so I logged in through my google account, and that account was empty as well. I don't know what I should do or what could have happened to my documents. But, it is very important that I can get them back. 

Please if anyone can help me understand how to get them back I would really appreciate it.
