Problem of saving

Thanks for reaching out, and sorry for the trouble saving your document. I understand how frustrating this must be, especially with a book-length scan like this.

To help us look into this, could you confirm the following?

• Which version of the Adobe Scan app do you have installed, and which Android version is on your Fairphone 6?

• Does the app crash completely, or does it just get stuck/freeze without closing?

• Does this happen only when saving the full 232-page document, or also when saving smaller batches of 10 to 20 pages, as you mentioned?

• Where are you trying to save the file to (device storage, PDF, cloud, etc.)?

• Also, share a small video recording of the steps you are taking ad the issue as it occurs for more clarity.

In the meantime, please check that Adobe Scan is updated to the latest version from the Google Play Store, and try clearing some storage space on your device, since large multi-page scans can be storage and memory intensive.

As a workaround, you may also want to try saving the document in smaller batches (for example, 20 to 30 pages at a time) as separate files, in case that helps until we can pin down the cause.
