Problem sharing scan via Outlook

iPhone 16 Plus

When I scan a document and save the PDF and then select:

Share

Send a Copy

Outlook

A dialogue box asking for my Outlook password pops up but immediately disappears before I can enter my password.  It does this over and over and over.  So I cannot send a PDF attachment of my scan.
