Problem with downloading my old documents

I have a problem with opening my 2020 scan documents... It keeps on saying downloading but it doesn't open.... Please help what can I do to fix this?

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Adobe Scan.

Would you mind downloading the file from the online web portal: https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/documents/ and going to the Scan folder?

Let us know if you experience issues with opening the scans then.
