Problema con Adobe Scan

Al iniciar la cuenta que acabo de crear en Adobe Scan, me sale:

 "Acceso denegado 

Ya no tiene acceso a este servicio..."

 

El problema es que era la primera vez que iba a usar la app, nunca habia iniciado sesiòn ni nada por el estilo.

Hi Augusto,

 

Update: There was an outage reported for the same error, which has now been rectified. The services should be back and up and running fine now. 

 

Let us know if you continue to experience the same error.

Hope you are doing well.
  1. Using the same account, kindly check if you can sign in to: https://documentcloud.adobe.com
2. If you have the Acrobat Reader mobile app installed, make sure you can sign in with the same account.
3. If you have Acrobat installed and is already signed in, do the following:
  • Uninstall Scan
  • Sign out of Acrobat.
  • Re-install Scan, at which point you see the normal sign on page.
4. Can you also share with us how you created the account? Did you use Google, Facebook, or Apple login, or did you create an Adobe ID?
 
If possible, please share the screenshot of the error message.
