Problems with downloading Adobe Scan on iphone6

1. Make and model of your device?
2. Application version?
3. Could you share the workflow you are using?

We did try to replicate the behavior on our end, however, it is working fine. Make sure your application is updated. Do save your work then try to sign out and sign in back. Reboot your device. Please double check the app can only be installed on 64-bit devices with iOS 10.0 and later.

Note: Ensure you are connected to the internet.
