Purchased new iphone, now cannot figure out how to log into Adobe Scan/Adobe Document Cloud

Hi, there seem to be a number of posts related to my question but I cannot find a direct answer. Tonight I upgraded my Iphone from an Xr to the 13, all the apps transferred over but when I try to log into my Adobe Scan app, I cannot figure out how to log into the right account - none of my scans from the past 6-8 months are there. I have tried to log in with every email account that I can think of (personal, work, gmail, etc) and I cannot log into the account that has all my documents. Has anyone been through this problem who can tell me what to do to access my scans?

One note: I do have at least 1 email I sent to myself with PDFs of a couple of scans in the account. I have the link to those docs but not sure if that is helpful in figuring out how to log into the account. Thanks

The only way to get all the scans back on the app is to sign in with the same email which you have used to save the scans. If you have tried all possible emails on the scan app, kindly try to sign in on https://acrobat.adobe.com

and check if the scans are visible there or not.
