As you have mentioned that the application is broken, could you please elaborate what exactly you are referring to?

Please let us know what exactly happens when you try to use the Adobe Scan application.

Did you check if the application is updated to the latest version available?

It would be helpful if you can share the make and model of the device on which you are using the application.

Also, please share the OS and application version installed on your device.
