I have the same problem on iPhone. I have scanned, seconds after saving my scan disappeared. Where is my scan?

    Hi Alois,

    Once you click on "Save PDF" in the Adobe Scan application, the files automatically save on Document Cloud.

    Please make sure the file upload to Document Cloud successfully. Do not close the application before that.

    Also, check if the Internet connection is not intermittent.

    As you have mentioned above, the scan disappeared after saving.

    Would you please provide more details on this issue?

    What exactly happens when you scan and save it as PDF?

    Share the application and OS on the device.
