Recently scanned files in Adobe Scan App vanishes all of a sudden

I was working on one of the files I have consisting of 33 pages, which vanished from the recent scans and all scans tab, not even on the cloud portal of Adobe, don't know if this is a design issue with the app or not, but I have been betrayed by the app since the file was rare and I won't be getting the raw scan again, a total loss. I have lost trust in this app now.
