Recover files

Hi,

I had a problem with the app Adobe Scan on my iPadPro. I scanned a document and pushed the save button. It was uploading the file on the Document Cloud, but it told me I had no space to save it, and the document on the app disapperead and I can find it anymore. I noticed that if I go to the settings, I can see that the app has some files and documents that occupy space on the memory. Is it possible that the file that I scanned is saved somewhere in my iPad? Can I recover it somhow?
