How can I recover the files that I downloaded on an old phone if I still have the password of my Adobe account ?

Hope you are doing well. Thank you for reaching out!

If you know the password of your Adobe Account and have the files saved on your cloud storage, you can log in to the account and download the files from there.

If the files are stored on the internal storage, we do not have the option to access those.
