in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

    Hi there

    Hope you are doing well.

As you mentioned that after changing your phone, the old scans are not visible.

This could be because you may have used a different email to sign in on the new phone. Please ensure you sign in with the same email address you used earlier to save the scans. Try all the possible Adobe accounts you have.

Adobe Scan saves the documents as PDFs in the Adobe Document Cloud. To check your saved files, follow these steps:

    1. Open the Adobe Document Cloud.
    2. Sign in with your Adobe ID and password.
    3. Navigate to Files > Document Cloud > Adobe Scan folder. Here, you should see your Adobe Scan folder with your files.

If you did not upload the files to Adobe Document Cloud or save them to another location, they might be permanently deleted. Unfortunately, it is not possible to retrieve files directly from the application once they are deleted. To prevent this in the future, I suggest always saving a copy of your files to another location or uploading them to the Document Cloud.

Let me know how it goes. If you have any further queries, please feel free to reach out.
