Hello @bhagat26802360iuhy

I hope you're great.

As per my understanding, you lost the files from the application and need help in restoring the documents. Please check if you're logging in from the correct profile.

However, Adobe Scan saves the documents as PDF in the Adobe Document Cloud. You may check your saved files over here: -

Note: If you're not uploading the files to Adobe Document Cloud or saving them to any other location, the files will be deleted permanently.

It isn't possible to retrieve the files once deleted directly from the application.

For more information on How to retrieve lost files on the Adobe Scan application, please refer to this article: -

https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-scan-discussions/how-to-retrieve-a-deleted-item-in-adobe-scan-m...

Let me know if this works.

Regards,

You may also check in the Adobe Creative Cloud (CC) if some of the files that you're looking for were saved as a PNG images instead of exported  to PDFs.

If that was the case, for example, they might've been uploaded unintentionally to the CC.

If you're on a mobile device, install the Creative Cloud app and sign in with your Adobe ID.

Some image manipulation  apps, like Adobe Express are tighlty integrated with Adobe Scan.

Adobe Express is also tightly integrated with the CC, in which case, some image fils (not PDFs produced by Adobe Scan) may be shared and synced automatically through the Creative Cloud libraries (just a guess in the blind and I may be wrong).

However, Interestingly enough, Adobe Scan  is also tighly integrated to two other cloud services: OneDrive and Google Drive.

That means that if your Adobe ID is  actually an email address that is associated with any of those two cloud services, when the user selects a file with "Copy to device", it will save such files in the cloud service that that email belongs to.

So, if you have Google Drive, for example, check if by mistake you were saving files to that location.

OR, if you also saved locally to any download folder in your computing device.
