Recuperar archivos de mi antigua cuenta

Alguien me puede decir si puedo recuperar mis archivos de adobe scan, ya q al olvidar mi contraseña tuve q solicitar o logiarme nuevamente y no hay ningun archivo de los q tenia.  Como puedo hacer para recupearlos?
