Refund
Hello, I subscribed to Adobe Scan about a week ago because I wanted to try out the premium features during the 7-day trial. However, when I tried to use the premium features, a message popped-up saying that I have to subscribe to Adobe Premium to use them. When I clicked on the message, it brought me another message saying I've already subscribed. I could not use the premium features at all during the past 7 days. Then, today I've gotten a notification that the 7-day trial has ended and the subscription bill has been paid. I didn't use the apps after a few days and I completely forgot to cancel the subscription. Can I please get a refund?
