I checked your account, and it has the trial activated for Adobe Scan Premium.

 

Since you activated it today, and you are still in trial, you have not been charged yet (as per our system).

 

To avoid getting charged, you can go ahead and cancel the subscription from your device's Play Store's subscription section.
