Sir/madam

I took trail of Adobe scan on 26 March 2026 and forgot to cancel my subscription so on 02 April 2026, my account is debited with 6200 rupee.

I took trail and and found that there is the things those are rarely used by me.so there was no plan to purchase it.

In future if I need your world class services then I definitely purchase them, but as of now I want my full refund asap.

I applied for refund on the same day when I it was purchased.

 

But I not got any satisfactory reply 

I got two reply and both are contradictory (screenshot s are attached)

 

Please help me out asap, because this money is really matter for my as of now.i m going through a tough time.

    I want to add some more details 

    Sir / I cancelled my subscription on the same date of purchase (screenshot attached). And even on 26 March 2026 I also cancelled the subscription once(screenshot attached) but I think one mendate given by me to other order left and on 02 April my account was deducted with 6200 rupee.

    Please sir refund my full amount as early as possible as I really need such app right now. Your app and services given by app are very useful and good beyond any doubt.

     

    Sir in future I definitely will do for such services but as of now due to my hard time I can not afford this amount.

     

    Please refund as soon as possible
