Dear Adobe Support Team,

 
I hope you are doing well.
I recently started the free trial for Adobe Scan through the Google Play Store, but without my intention an auto-renewal activated and I was charged for the monthly subscription.
 
As soon as I noticed the charge, I immediately canceled the auto-pay as well as the subscription on the same day. Since I did not intend to continue the subscription and have not used the paid features, I kindly request a full refund for this accidental charge.
 
Here are my details for reference:
  • Adobe Account Email: <Removed by Moderator>

  • Date of Charge: 21 November 2025

  • Play Store Order ID: GPA.3346-1147-4090-38880

I would really appreciate it if you could process the refund at the earliest.
