Hi,

I took a free trial for 14 days. I cancelled the subscription prior to the expiry date. My Google play store clearly mentioned that the subscription was cancelled. However, on the expiry date it mentioned to have charged 2650 rupees.

Kindly refund my back to my account. This is clear fraud. I did not subscribe at all. I wrote this question earlier but I don't see any response. Please help.

Hi followed this procedure, it says

"If you cancel within 14 days of your original purchase, you’ll get a full refund"

Which I did, kindly process my refund.

Kindly do not reply scripted statements, I need an update on my refund.
