Refund

I subscribed to the free trial, but unfortunately I forgot to cancel the subscription, and the payment was automatically charged.

This money was set aside for my child’s medication, so I urgently need it for an important medical expense.

I kindly ask you to consider my situation and issue a full refund for the subscription charge. I would also appreciate it if you could cancel the subscription to prevent any future charges.
