Refund Request

I signed up to use the 7-Day free trial Adobe scanned and was immediately charged $16.99 for the service. I am requesting a refund. I can't feel the subscription with no problem but when I go to request a refund, I get a response that says no refund is available. What can I do to fix this problem?

We have checked, and the subscription has been canceled. If you cancel within 14 days of the initial purchase, you will get a full refund.
