Hi,
I started a 7-day free trial for Adobe Scanner on 6th July, and it was supposed to charge me after the trial ended. However, I was charged ₹849 today (12th July), before the trial period was over.

Please process a full refund as the charge was made early. I do not wish to continue with the subscription.

I have checked your Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community and found that you had Acrobat Premium plan (Now cancelled), it was purchased via Apple/iTunes.

We do not have full access to manage such accounts, for refund please contact the Apple support team.

Hola, yo igual tengo problemas con la cancelación de mi cuenta de Adobe, me llegó el mensaje de que me reembolsaran el dinero , sin embargo en mi cuenta no se ve reflejado , me gustaría saber cuanto tarda el proceso o como puedo rastrear el dinero.

@Marielagvillar as per @Amal. The subscription was purchased directly through Apple's App Store, which means Apple manages the billing and account details. Adobe doesn't have access to that information. To resolve this, you'll need to contact Apple directly. They can help with the refund and any billing questions. Try reaching out to them on social media for support if you prefer.

If you have received a confirmation about the refund, it might take about 5-7 business days for the amount to settle in to your bank account.

 

If it doesn't, you mihgt reach out to Apple Support as suggested above.
