Hi Team

It's been subscribed accidentally for adobe scan premium but  cancelled the subscription 2 days before trial period ends but still amount got deducted. Please refund the amount. I have already tried the ways mentioned but I couldn't find a receipt anywhere. Appreciate your help in this asap.

@reddylakshmi curious did you buy through the Apple App Store? If you bought from th Apple App Store, Adobe does NOT have access to your accounts as it is totally different from them. Adobe doesn't have direct access to your payment information or the ability to issue a refund for a purchase made through Apple. All billing and refund requests must go through the platform where the purchase was made, in this case, the Apple App Store.
