Refund Request for Accidental purchase

Dear Adobe Support Team,

 

I would like to request a refund for Adobe Scan Premium (Monthly Plan), which was purchased by mistake through the Google Play Store.

 

I cancelled the subscription within 48 hours of purchase, which is within the eligible refund period. I have also submitted the refund request form with all required details.

 

Google Play Order ID (GPA): GPA.3318-3721-6993-02181

Date of Purchase: 08 January 2026

Adobe ID: iamraja2992@gmail.com

 

Kindly process the refund at the earliest. Please let me know if any additional information is required from my side.

@supriya_0323 A refund depends on when you cancel and the type of subscription you purchased. Now, if you are a past user have used a trial versions and then cancel it, the company may not cancel it and charge you for the app. Because you have made the purchase on your mobile device may it be Google Play Store, you need to contact them directly. Adobe does not have access to your accounts and billings.
